Minimum 3 years management-level experience

2-Michelin starred Chef is opening a high-end restaurant and seeks a passionate and highly motivated SOUS CHEF.

Qualified candidates should have at least 3 years management level experience in Michelin-starred fine dining restaurants. An interest in seasonally-driven menu items is a must.

This position is responsible for menu and recipe development for all meal periods and special events. Candidate must have an NYC food handlers certificate and be able to manage a team of cooks, emphasizing organization and cleanliness.
